Cherry Pie
Cherry Pie, also known as ‘Cherry Kush,’ lineage originates by crossing two popular breeds, the Durban Poison and Granddaddy Purple (Grandaddy Purp or GDP). A rare breed, Cherry Pie consistently ranks above average in THC percentage compared to other Indica counterparts, reaching as high as 25%, making it highly sought after by Indica fans and medical patients of cannabis.
Appearance & Aroma
The buds are tightly packed and dense with light, mossy green and undertones of purple-hued leaves deriving from its Granddaddy Purple parent. Speckled throughout the nugs are amber pistils and the surface of the nugs has a coating of trichomes that gives it a sparkling white finish.
The aroma and taste profile may be evident due to its name, though it includes more than just tart cherries. Additionally, there are notes of citrus, florals and herbal earthiness. The Cherry Pie flower is undoubtedly a unique profile with its blend of herbs and florals and one of the only few cherry-flavoured strains currently available on the market.
Effects & Benefits
Despite it being so profoundly relaxing on the body, users will still be able to function for day to day activities due to the heightened focus and enhanced creativity, which makes Cherry Pie useful for artists or those struggling with ADD/ADHD or hyperactivity. Furthermore, medical users suffering from anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, headaches, and other stress-related symptoms will find this strain offers a euphoric and unwinding high to catapult their minds and bodies into space.
